Overview
Since 2012 I work with groups and individuals in private and public settings.
I use somatic and creative art practice to help people with stress management, anxiety, life-threat- ening illnesses, troubled self-image, relationships issues. I work with adults, children and par- ent-child relationships.
During the 90 minutes sessions, on line or in person, I witness and listen to the person, understanding which are the topics and themes that need to be addressed and identified.
For every person I follow a bespoke process, that integrates movement, drawing, creative writing, breathing techniques and somatic realignment. I am an attentive witness of non-spoken messag- es that surface from the movement and gestures, I facilitate the process of looking at the uncon- scious choices the body does, what he reveals.
At the end of each session we integrate what arose through talking to articulate and bring to con- sciousness old patterns and unconscious material.
My intention as therapist is to offer a resourceful toolbox to engage creatively with daily challeng- es, realigning the system (body-mind-spirit) of the client to empower and feel confident to walk independently towards new horizons.
In case of diagnosed mental illnesses, this practice is complementary to a psychotherapy support.
